A quick question... where is that Plamstic cannons on a Bigfoot? mine doesnt seem to have this, it has its hail mary and the kit also included the rotary cannon.

The pic on the front shows it with guns instead of hands, my model didnt have this option, is that it?

there should be two alternate pieces to cover the wrists, like on the model photos. you can also see them clearly in the assembly guide on the site. If you didn't get them, email sales@mongoosepublising.com and they'll sort you out.

ok, checked the guide and they arent there. have sent an email, hopefully they can help.

One of my Cougars also had 2 left arms, i've heard this is common but I've managed to convert that one so its fine.

VERY common seems to be more like it. Seems like I need box of grizzlies for every box of cougars unless I want to convert(or start asking for replacement parts). Not nice when you need more cougars than grizzlies.

Hmmm...I ordered my exosuits just few months ago. One would think they would be second lot by now.

But then so what. Grizzly box gave me spares I needed anyway.

ONly if the ones at the store were replaced if they were not bought sent back etc. they would still be there.

well after sending an email I got a reply back an hour or so later promising to send the correct parts, they arrived the next day!

I'm very impressed with Mongooses customer service 24hrs after sending the email I recieve the missing parts.

Though they really were losing my faith due my own misadventures dealing with missing and mixed up part, I have to say that lately they have really gotten their act together.

Great to see you guys moving in the right direction again!
