1) Why round at all? No need to. I mean I had 5 points spare in my 750 point limit at the tourney, nothing to stop you haveing 3.75 points spare, or 'rounding off' the change with other upgrades.

what if your doing a 2k list and rounding down makes it 2k while rounding up makes it 2001 points ? also this is from a wargames perspective not a mathamaticians
Well without a further ruling to the contrary, a 2000.25, 2000.5 or 2000.75 point lists would be unfieldable in a 2000 point competition as it's over the limit.
But if Mongoose rule round down I'd be happy enough.
most war games have a rule in place in this situation, and was wondering what the MGP guys do or think should be considered, but like i said question 2 is the one we need to know.
