Best thing you've seen in a game?

So, "Best Moment" anecdotes, anyone? Here's mine:

Hazat versus Hawkwood yesterday. Big multiship boarding scrum going on, and a Hazat destroyer pulls up next to an emptied Hawkwood galliot. Boards and captures it, and I expected him to throw most or all of his troops on so he could have them pile in to the Hazat galliot next door (which was having problems in a defensive action) in the next turn. Instead he transferred just one marine, and the next turn proceeded to race off and ram a Hawkwood destroyer, crippling it and doing 30 points to the galliot in return, which produced an instant (if ineffective) explosion. Not maximizing his VPs there, but crippling those guns was the last nail in the Hawkwood coffin, and he still had nine troops the destroyer could pour into the galliot action.

In a playetest game, a Decados Galliot managed to grapple two League freighters in one go. Sadly it was destroyed in a fusilade of fire from the League's escorts bedore it got to board.

That seems to happen to galliots a lot IME. Real fire magnets, especially once the grapples are fired.

Yeah that was a great move with my newly captured Galliot against the destroyer. I had not even thought about trying a boarding action against hawkwood's destroyer, since i was already rolling rubbish on the boarding action that was going on my own poor poor Galliot. I have a suspicion that my Marauders where all asleep.
