Best adventure for MRQ II?

I am going to start playing MRQ II. But I would like to begin with a published adventure. The only requirement is that It wouldn´t be very difficult to adapt to MRQ II rules.

There are none yet. ("Pavis Rises" in November, and the Living Campaign soon, I hope). However, you can use the ones published for MRQI:
"Blood of Orlanth"
"Dara Happa Stirs"

Or you can use the ones published for the old RuneQuest (some adaptation required):
"Griffin Mountain" or "Griffin Island"
"Pavis", "the Big Rubble"
"River of Cradles"
"Sun County"
"Borderlands"
"Apple Lane"
"Eldarad"

Or you can use the ones published for HeroQuest (requires even more adaptation):
"Sartar: Kingdom of Heroes"
"Blood over Gold"
"Barbarian Adventures"

Adventure Options:

1) Paizo Adventure Path :- Curse of the Crimson Throne
Fronela;
Sog City (although the Brithini College might get in the way of the plot line) or another Loskami or Janubian City
Rathorelans
2) Warhammer RPG - The Enemy Within.
3) Paizo Adventure Path:- Legacy of Fire.
Fonrit/Kareetshu
Ompalam;
Genies;
Ompalamite (The slave vibe) and Emanationalism Genei(Demon) Binders
4) The Venerable D&D Basic Module B2 - Keep on the Borderlands. Trollkin, Scout dragonewts, Minotaur, Dark Trolls, Evil Priest, Broos and gorp
5) The slightly less venerable Slavers Series A1-4
Seshnela/Ralios
Timits
Krasht
Arkati gone bad and secret
6) Desert of Desolation Series I3-5 see 3.
7) Grand Campaign Against The Giants; G1-3 D1-3 Set in the Ralios Basin
Telmori Raiders "Steadying";
Dragonewt "Glacial Rift";
Troll Raiders "Hall";
"Descent" into Niden or Mislari Mountains
Chaos "Shrine"
Black Arkati Secret Hidden "Vault" City

Cheers

Pavis Rises shows a ship date of September 2010, and is listed under "This month's releases."

Now all there is to do is wait until it appears on shelves. That is, if your FLGS has even heard of RuneQuest. 8)

2) Warhammer RPG - The Enemy Within.

The Warhammer RPG Doomstones campaign was originally written to be compatible with RQ2 and is easily adaptable too. Or at least the first 4 episodes are. Episode 5 was written by Robin D Laws specifically for WFRG and is slightly less flexible. You can almost smell the Runequestiness in Blood in Darkness (originally The Lost Shrine of Kasar-Khan or something like that).
