Becoming a 3rd Party MRQ Publisher

I have a dark fantasy campaign setting that I've been working on for a very long time. It's my baby--a labor of love. Rich eldritch history with many unique characteristics. I think that it would make an ideal RQ or BRP setting. Potentially to be included is a full adventure campaign that Necromancer Games originally accepted for publication as a D&D 3.5 280-page hardbound book (with the arrival of 4e I may be shopping the campaign elsewhere).

I've looked around at some of the publishers out there that are supporting RQ and I applaud them. I am, however, not willing to sell the creative rights to my setting--desiring to maintain full creative control over subsequent supplemental material. Admittedly a bit ignorant in the ways of the OGL, I would greatly appreciate any advice/comments anyone has to offer regarding setting up my own publishing site dedicated to RQ.

Hi Matthew, thanks for taking the time to read my post.

Essentially everything--

From what I can tell so far anyone can use the SRD to publish RQ material "so long as they follow all the requirements laid out in the Open Game License". I'm not entirely sure what the requirements of the OGL are just yet, but I'm under the impression that I'm safe as long as I stick to the material solely presented in the SRD. The use of the logo looks to be a bit more complicated.

Publishers like Sceaptune Games and Seraphim Guard are presenting quality material. Aside from the obvious fact that they are established and I am not, what is the advantage of submitting material to them over creating a website with downloadable pdfs and publishing it myself?
