Howdy folks!
I got two games in tonight, both against the same guy!
That's James, my opponent. This is the first turn. I managed to secure the first turn, and decided to go on the offensive with my APCs. I'm playing PLA by the way.
James' USMC shift position! Note where my APCs are heading, this will be important later.
By Sun Tzu! Why did you drop infantry infront of the M1? Mostly so my APC can escape.
Curse you! My Type 99 goes up in a brilliant pillar of flame! Mostly because of an M1 sitting off screen.
Oddly enough, when my APC pulled off (After the infantry hopped back in), the Golden Eye Jame Bond theme kicked on. You know, the one from the Moscow tank chase seen.
Yeah, motorcross with multi-wheeled IFVs...
Oh General Tzo's chicken! One of my APCs bursts from cover and starts the long haul away from the M1 that killed my Type 99. Needless to say the dice wasn't with James, and the APC gained a new window. Also, my other one once again dumped its load of infantry in the path of the other M1.
Ah-ha! China will be prosperous...err.. I mean, I managed to finally wear down the M1. Unfortunately, many rockets were fired, and some PLA died.
Final shot. I managed to mow down the last of his infantry (he had 2 M1A2s and 1 fire-team) and thus getting shatter point. Me? I lost enough to make an undersized squad and had two APCs left.
Battle 2
That's my set up. I went lighter (two squads, minus team two on each plus two APCs), trying to rely on my speed while James goes with 1 shadow, 1 fire team, and 1 M1A2.
That's James' set up...yeah, he put his lightest and possible most dangerous vehicle on the far side of the table. Darn it!
Yep, my troops hate me. I lost a Rifleman, a Sgt. and a CPl in that explosion. The M1 helped itself...
Ah-ha! Little bastard that blew up my APC gets it too, needless to say he was down a rifleman and a SAW gunner.
To the rescue! And prettypointless too.
Finally, the last of his infantry fall, my poor infantry prays there's no Tank rushing rules yet. And victory is mine.
