as production of the minitures has stopped, can anybody tell me where i can get the cardboard cutouts of the ships for the game including the Adira battleship and the ka,bin,tak dreadnought (if any exist).

As far as I am aware - there are no counters for these ships I am afraid and Burger has not made a cardbaord ship for these big boys!

The Gallery thread probably has some usable shots to make them up from if you are handy with photo shop.

Noble Knight are still selling the "Sky Full of Stars" counter sheets:

This does not contain either the Adira or Ka'Bin'Tak, and is missing quite a few other ACTA ships including the entire Gaim, Dilgar and Drakh fleets, but it may give you something to play with.
