B5 License End Date?

kalain76

Mongoose
I've been searching through the forums and haven't yet been able to find an official "End Date" for the license. Do we know when that will be?

I'm planning a sizable order, but want to know how many paychecks I can save up before sending it. So... Any sales coming up, Matt?

A computer, to print out a fact,
Will divide, multiply, and subtract.
But this output can be
No more than debris,
If the input was short of exact.

Sorry, we never discount our books.

but your LGS might, discontinued lines, such as B5 ACTA will become, are often sold off cheaper, but speak to your LGS before hand just to check ;-)

or look to the PDF, an excelent alternative, you can print only what you want/need, and it's often more up to date with corrections. and of course the PDF's are cheaper.

oh, and Matt, he asked for the official end date too?

Thanks for the info. :)

Hi there,

All Babylon 5 material will be removed at the end of June.

So just to clarify a point on that, Dragonmeet, being on June 28th, will be an excellent point to do a last sweep up of any B5 purchases one would wish to make, yes?

Well, as we won't be reprinting anything from, well, about now, it could be too late!

Bad timing to be a newb here, but one quick question.

I'm only just now getting into ACTA and I'm loving what I see so far.

Does the end of the licensing in June affect the mini's side of things with Ironwind or this a heretical question to be asking here? Basically, I'm wondering if they are going to dry up as well.

I've already started to pick up some of the extra fleets around and I'm afraid the availability will start to resemble buying MoW figures.

Nice forum BTW, I've had fun reading some of the threads.

Unfortunately the minis end when the license ends. Iron Wind did not pick up the license on their own once Mongoose decided not to renew it.

Cheers, Gary

hi good to see you

its worht noting that many of the models are still available form the AOG store and likely to be so after the MGP licencse ends.

Well all I need is the Drazi and Warships book, I'm hoping to get at least Drazi next weekend, and hoping for Warships too.

Well you'll have to wait for it to be released as a pdf but after that I'm sure you'll find it somewhere near here:
