I just wanted to say a massive cheers to Mongoose Customer Services, in particular Cassie, for going above-and-beyond when sorting out an issue I had with a delivery of Paranoia books. It was resolved at lightning speed, and more than fairly.

Yet another reason to keep buying Mongoose goodies, as well as the quality games obviously.

Yeah,
can say the same. Got 3 damaged books delivered. After sending photos, Cassie managed to solve the case lightning fast and i get my new books in about a week (Germany)

They have always been massively patient with me whilst I've had to deal with the utter inanery of the Brazilian mail system. If they're aware there's a problem, they'll always do their darnest to fix it.
