Armoured Zombies in new rulebook

Is there any clarification on what you buy when you get an armoured zombie in terms of bonus?
Am I right in assuming "standard issue armour" refers to the justice department armour of the same name?

Also a new tweaked rule book has been posted, it states an armoured zombie gets a -1 to its Dead flesh roll, I assume standard issue armor adds -2, otherwise I dont see why that one costs more.

Can anyone please explain to me why the rules for zombies state anything about rolls on the injury table, about the torn apart and dead results? As minions, and it is specifically stated they may never graduate to heroes, they don't roll on the injury table, under the rules for injured minions at the end of the game they return to the force on 4+ and are lost on 1-3. Is this a mistake because someone mixed up minions, or do zombies ignore the regular minion injury rules and instead roll using the modified hero chart as it describes?

Also yeah the armoured zombies rules arent too clear in definition for standard issue armour as it says they dont use armour in the normal way (then doesnt say what it does really)

Actually, it does not. It says "when" and zombies will never roll on the injury table as they are minions. It's not a compulsory rule to make minions roll on that table. Requiring minions to roll on the hero table is rather bureaucratic anyway as every zombie would need the weapon that killed it kept track of and it's a rather large gang to begin with.

If you name a minion and it survives 5 games it becomes a hero is the only reason i can think of

i also would be intrested in knowing what standard armor does for a zombie

Zombie rule specifies that zombies may never become heroes.
