Any "free" Orlanthi lands?

I'm curious if there are any Orlanthi lands in Peloria who are free from Draconic rule.

I'm buying "History of the Heortling People", so I'm sure it is detailed in there, but just curious if anyone knows.

Glorantha - Second Age, is not clear on this. (Well not to me anyways)

Scyllia is detailed as having the most enthusiastic supporters and harshest critics of the Draconic faith. They are occupied.

Arggar (which is adjacent to Scyllia) is detailed as being occupied by crazy people and outlaws. Not sure if they are occupied or not.

Bilini (which is adjacent to Arggar) is detailed as being a barbarian "buffer zone" from the horrors of Dorastor. Not sure if they are occupied or not.

Talastar seems to have been liberated by Carmania in relatively recent times. So I would assume they are free of Draconic influence.

Can anyone help me out?

I'd appreciate any expertise anyone can share.

OK, at roughly 910 ST the Hendrikings of Heortland (outside of Peloria) are free of the EWF and openly worship Orlanthi in defiance of the EWF.

Talastar, Bilini, and Aggar are under EWF domination until Alakoring shows up circa 910. They are liberated by Alakoring (who allies with the Carmanians).

Anadikkiland and Brolia are independent from the EWF, having successfully rebelled (890-910) with Carmanian support.
