Any ETA on EarthForce Campaign Guide?

I know that's it due in September but is there a firmer date? I ask because I'm expanding out my EarthForce Special Forces stuff that I wrote for the factbook (~12,000 words so far!) and happen to be spending a lot of quality time on airplanes next month with my trusty laptop. I'm kind of hoping it might be available before I fly out on the 12th so I can while away the hours making sure I'm not in conflict.

Any idea when it might hit the US Postal service?
