Yeh. That's serious plasma destruction I'm going to NEED! Bloody klingons having twice the point means they can afford to lose couple ships and still wipe the floor with me.
What I haven't decided yet is whether I should aim to take out dreadnought(he WILL bring dreadnought in 2k game!) when it's about only time in the game I hope to do that or should I aim to take out couple cruisers instead.
Also how long I try to stay there. If I want to fire 2 plasma's it means escape on turn 4 earliest. Humhum.
That's the balance for the attacker - you have to get in, do enough damage, and then get out. There is always the temptation to get greedy and stay for 'just one more turn.'
