ACTA - Trait impact on Crew Loss due to Troops

In the case where a ship has either Adaptive Armour or Pak' Redundancy, do they effect any crew loss from enemy troops running amok on a ship?

Adaptive armour certainly wouldn't protect from boarding troops, not sure about Pak Redundancy.

From looking at the rules in S&P #41, the Pak Redundancy applies, or at least, nothing in the rules as written suggests it doesn't.
