ACTA: Superior Strategic Position

This
may be done any number of times, so long as you have enough XP Dice. Effects are not cumulative (so you cannot gain
Time in Orbit twice to gain a +2 bonus when forcing enemy ships to surrender).

Superior Strategic Position: A routine patrol uncovers a Strategic Target previously thought to be worthless. Immediately generate
a new Strategic Target on the campaign map and mark it down as being under your control.

1) Can you get two new Strategic Targets or would that be cumulative?
2) Do you get extra 10RR for gaining Strategic Target in that way?

1) I wouldn't see why not for Strategic Targets...

2) I would say yes. After all, you gained a new Strategic Target...

Are you using 1e or something? Above the refits/duties tables in my fleet book it says:
Unless otherwise stated, multiple results of the same type can be applied to the same ship.
Or at least, it does for the Psi Corps fleet.

It says that above some fleets, and in the rulebook it says that effects are not cumulative (for both Refits and Other Duties) under the Ship Experience section.

In which case: very weird. That would supposedly mean that some fleets can get more than one strategic position from duties, whilst other fleets can't.
