TBH I think I have enough stuff am right on, but argumentative has to be a joint award to burger and myself as we have side tracked numerous topics with arguments :D

No, this award's yours. You argue every point, even when you're totally, grossly, obviously wrong, uninvolved or unconcerned. You should have been on the Drazi side in the EA-C war...

never been totally, grossly wrong. and am always right alot more than you LDTD so perhaps you should get the award :D

on the E/C war you couldnt have got a better admiral willing to wear that hair for 2 days ;)

@ Derina aka Shadow Queen: Changing from Derina, to Lt. Derina to Lt. Dee was easy enough to follow. Shadow queen? Newer forum members will get confused. Especially when it comes to quoting. You really want the award dont you..

Of course you are...

Couldn't have had a better admiral? We could have had one that listened to his team, acted on intelligence gained, had a clear plan or didn't let vendettas get in the way of military necessity... but of course you were the best admiral there.

thats all a bit harsh, if Ben hadn't bankrolled the EA we would have at least tied, if not won!
you can't attribute that to the admiral can you.

I can attribute the disastrous assignments given to my fleet to him, and the failure to act on the intell that the Drazi would betray us to him, and the failure to buy back my losses resulting from the disastrous assingments to him, and the failure to listen to anyone's input to him... and so on.

so in otherwords, your hideous loosing streak is attributable to the admiral?

Hmm, we beat the Centauri in every single round of the event, Ben gave 4 Credits in one turn of the campaign...hardly smacks of "we would definitely not won and probably would have lost" to me!

I think saying you were in a winning position every round is fair, you actually lost most rounds on Sunday. so gaining 4 battleships equivalent didn't make a difference at all? fair enough, I mean the whole mercenary weird abgreement at earth won you the game, gawd knows who came up with that dastardly plan.

Not sure you won every round - didn't we win at least one when your Ship got sandwiched or the one after - could be wrong - I forget - still sad no article inn S+P......................

I still say we won a moral victory that we had a homeworld left to go home to 8) - (even if it had been a bit battered by aliens) :)

My fleet was given jobs it wasn't suited for. My bad dice rolls and tactical errors were my own. Katadder's strategic errors made my job harder and probably everyone else's too.

Another thing to remember is that whilst Ben decided that he was going to going to basically be an extra EA player, Richard very quickly evened things out by falling in with the Centauri.
Whilst I'll quite happily say that yes, Ben did initiate that little turn of events, I certainly think that the Centauri gained the better side of the deal in gaining Richard...
