Abbai Kotha rework suggestion:
The dismal performance of the Kotha prompted the desire to
improve the performance and capabilities of the Kotha fighter.
Several proposals were submitted and the Prototype capabilities
are listed below.

Kotha IIB – The Dogfight Missile is only used against supporting fighters
in dogfights. One supporting fighter is attacked with the missile
during the dogfight phase, the attacked fighter may evade, leaving
the dogfight, and be hit only on a six; or may remain in the
dogfight and take the chance of being hit as a normal target
The range of one on the QBA is not an error, this is intentional
to restrict the number of fighters that can shoot at a ship to 4,
base to base, or as many as the rules allow.
