I'm thinking of a funny 1 off adventure to mark 10 years as A Traveller GM and have A question on permits and licenses. If someone has a permit to own potentially deadly antiques would that include things like Traveller Versions of 2,000 year old Swords, Spears, Slug Throwers and Rifles, Shurikens, Throwing Knifes and on TL 16 and higher worlds TL 9 Laser Pistols, all of which may or may not, depends on the legal systems definition, be allowed under a permit to own potentially deadly antiques, yes?, no?, depends on the world?, depends on the law level? or more then 1 of those 4?
