[2300AD] Errata and travel times

Hello Peeps,

Couple of questions

1. Is there going to be any official errata for 2300ad? I.e pdf download (This is one for Mongoose staff/mods)

2. There seems to be two distinct methods for determining travel times to / from orbit: one on pages 194/5 and the other on pages 260/1. They produce very different results so I'm not sure which is correct...?

At first I thought the one on pages 194/5 was just for determining fuel expenditure but then it does refer to actual flight times in an example so perhaps not.

I did send some errata in to Mongoose, but I haven't been compiling an errata sheet.

I'll take a look at the travel time issue. I suspect its something that either leaked through from an earlier edition, or something that needs to be clarified.

The idea of 2300AD ship miniatures has been discussed, but there are no plans at the moment to produce any. Which is a shame, because I would love a good Sufren or Aconit model.

And deckplans you know like the ones released for Gurps Traveller I believe ones you could lay out and use like the gamemastery flip mats.

Remember the old scout and far trader deckplans with variant designs so you effectively had a couple of sets of floor plans for these ships but cans wap over certain maps if say the ship didn't carry cargo or was a mining vessel instead of a standard scout ship for example.
