Emperor Mongoose
I think this chapter should add something to the introduction to encourage GMs and Players to use these kinds of things to add to the role play of the Characters. Even thought this list is a fun one, it is far from exhaustive. Some of the comforts could be very personal and/or unique. An old favorite stuffed toy from their childhood, a rare old book passed down to them from their Grandparent, or a baseball signed by the 1089 Imperial World Series Regina Bears team. These items can help add some background or future story hooks even.
Example: Merchant Mr. Gong likes to smoke a cigar once in a while. He has a personal cigar humidor in his stateroom as well a special air purifier to filter the smoke out once he is done. He even had a lighter built into the thumb of his cyber hand. The GM could, once in a while, make the search for new cigars into a way to impart rumors or other info to the team.
It is always good to help connect Role Playing to even the "equipment" owned.
