That is actually a picture of a Jayhawk, which I believe was introduced during "Traveller: the New Era" which does have the exact same stats as a Marava. I myself prefer the Jayhawk look over the Marava looks, but with that spoiler it should be faster.

I do not think any solder from North America would be dumb enough to actually fire any weapon named the Wile E. Coyote, even under direct orders to do so. Orders for suicide do not have to be followed, at least not in North America.
