Issue with forum time

I have no idea where the appropriate place to post this is, so I'll just put it here.

Is anyone else having an issue with the forum time? It is like 15 minutes ahead of where it should be for me. All other sites I go to have the correct time. I've cleared my cache and cookies, but the issue remains.

For example, the display says I posted this at 1:48 am, while it was actually 1:30 am.

The servers clock is off, has been for a bit now. I did send an email to someone who should be able to get it taken care of, but haven't seen any results yet.

Have you not realized we are talking about a game that takes place in the future? It has be realized that the forums would be a little bit in the future at least doesn't it?
