I can't say i've ever really been disappointed with the new chronos, in pairs they pack more firepower than one of the old raid ones anyway and they are worth thier weight in gold against non-beam heavy fleets.

Well if Novas were upgraded to Aurora's the need for a superiority dogfighter upgrade with later technology on the same hull makes perfect sense. Firebolt upgrade is effectively a field upgrade for the thunderbolt (or at least it feels that way), so a late upgrade for the Aurora makes perfect...

I think the bimith hull certainly needs attention, currently it is too unwieldy and short ranged to be an overly effective raid choice, two milani's are better than a bimith by a huge degree (in my opinion the combat laser and kotha flights make the difference) I worry that all the varients are...

I'll just step in to clear this up, First off beams are not as such re-rolling they are adding extra attacks, for instance 4 beam shots, say two hit, thats two hits, then for each hit you roll two more dice, say you hit once, you can then roll another attack and repeat until they all miss...

At a recent local tourney I think nearly all 8 of us had some problem, mostly rulebooks, but I seem to buck the trend with a fleet book thats falling apart and a rulebook that is fine!
