Yet anouther plunge.

Just bought 4 Mobile Infantry Light Armour Troopers box sets. Again they were going very cheap.

Guess I've been watching the film too many times

Looking at the rules for them in the Klendethu campaign I can imagine those 3" fire zones are going to be a fun thing to adapt to.

Not as cheap as I got the Skinny Soliders for (£4.99 a box), £15 a box, £5 off the retail price.

80 Mobile Infantry Light Armour Troopers should be enough for a small force

Hehe, give me time and I'll have more... 120 is very impressive I must say.

Too bad you are in the UK and not down the street. 120+80=200. Then we could argue for an MI Light Armor Infantry rule for endless tide.

Only 80? You and Goldwyrm are slackers...

You really know how to hurt a guy and then give the knife a little twist

I'm happy for now with 50, which is about 1500pts separated into 2 small LAMI platoons with some emplacement assets. Only 60% of my LAMI are actually MGP LAMI. Twenty troopers were pressed into service from "recruits" of other manufacture. I'm also leaving room for picking up a few pre-paints.

I'm currently busy working on my 15 man WASP platoon, then my PAMI and dozen Marauders. So no time for the LAMI. I haven't even worked on their transports yet (converting 2 GI Joe Sigma Six Dragonhawks)

I was quoting what you said from the other thread:

"That is a mighty impressive force and makes me feel like a total slacker."

MUAhahahaha....

Well, I'm not likely to do more than my 5 WASPs so you can put me in the slacker category there. I've got too many other models to get done. :D
