For A campaign I've took over from A ill friend do you think A Bank would approve A Cr 539,391,200 loan for The Pcs custom build 2nd ship when The Pcs can afford A Cr 60,591,050 down-payment, their fully paid off 1st ship worth Cr 158,244,700 as collateral and a minimum payment of Cr 9,393,895 per year

What is the history of the PCs making the request? If this is a warship probably not. And what is their business plan?
