Do you perhaps mean the WhiteStar deck plans?

They've probably been knocked back again, they've been getting knocked back in the schedules since they first appeared on the schedules.

well thanks, because the hobby shop owner said he heard it was canceled i hope its not canceled.

It disappeared off the schedule a while ago after being delayed for months and months. I would be suprised if we see it now.

It is on the cards! It is basically complete, and just needs a few tweaks before it can be declared finished and off to print. With any luck, you'll see it this year.
