As a Conan and REH fan, I'm glad you're basing the majority of the game on REH's writings-otherwise I wouldn't be buying it. DeCamp really had no grasp of the Hyborian world or of Conan as a character. His own fiction may be OK, but he really should've kept his hands off of Conan.
