I'm to drunk (yet again!) to vote about about Drakes Eleven (like the cover though).
But I saw Laser Ponies - as they are a key component of my Laser Ponies, Judge Dredd, Elric and Luther Arkwright SF adventure in the Far Future I vote for anything with Laser Ponies in it.
Y'know, I was just looking over the Halopedia (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page) and a thought hit me (I even have the mark to prove it! Honest!) - Halo is certainly one setting that I think could do well under the Traveller rules.

A. Bertram Chandler's Rim Worlds series. Almost certainly the original inspiration for the Traveller version of the Scout Service. A much overlooked author.
And Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan series is pure Trav, though I think that's already licensed to GURPS.
Vatta's War is IMHO a perfect setting to aquire. In many ways quite close to the OTU yet at the same time different enough. So you can either use "as is" or simply plunder stuff from it.
Pournelles "Future History" (CoDominon/Falkenberg, Moaties) is another background that has some possibilities. Mostly for either "Mercenary action" or "Politics" but both can be interesting
Same here. Finished watching it (again) last year. Blake's 7 sh*ts all over B5, fer sure. Maybe not in the effects department, but ideas, acting, and characters.... And certainly the Liberator is one of the best designed ship's in sfdom.
