I wasn't that keen on Atlantis itself either, until Marc explained all the stuff that the book includes. There is a lot in there that doesn't have to involve Atlantis at all, and can really enrich your campaign. I'll let Marc do the description here though as he knows his work best.
I wasn't so keen on the Atlantis bok eiter - but then I got Black Atlantic (the new Dredd novel) - what a fantastic plot that would make for a game! - I am definitely going to send a batch of Judges to thier deaths... erm... to adventure on board a city-ship going after a biological weapon-type guy!
