What does ObTrav mean?

Got an itch to scratch: on some old posts on this forum and on several other places around the web, I have come across 'ObTrav', usually preceding some kind of scenario idea. What does it mean/stand for?

That's not a thing on that site. Just a 404 page. Obsolete Traveller might be a thing by now though. Obligatory Traveller reference wants to be a thing.
