What do you think of this TL 16 Lie Detector?

I've a idea for TL 16 Device lie detector that kill's the guilty but leaves the innocent unharmed but it has several flaws. So what do you think of this TL 16 Lie Detector?

1 example of 1 of its flaws is if someone is accused of knowingly transporting drugs but didn't know he was then he'd come up innocent despite unknowingly transporting drugs

Another example of 1 of its flaws is if someone is accused of murder but it was manslaughter then he'd come up innocent despite the fact that he still killed someone

Another example of 1 of its flaws is that if a guy is accused of racially motivated GBH but the motive wasn't racist then he'd come up innocent despite still committed a act of GBH

Another example of 1 of its flaws is that if a guy is accused of willingly smuggling drugs but only did it cos the group he'd smuggled them for would kill his family then he'd come up innocent despite the fact that he did unwillingly smuggle drugs

I don't think these are flaws in the machine.

It is a lie detector, a lie is a deliberate attempt to deceive someone.

The unknowing drug transporter is not lying when they say they are not transporting drugs. They are incorrect, but they did not purposefully try to deceive.
