What do Minbari Players Want?

Comparable damage at any prioroty level:
Sharlin has 42 dice of potential damge
Octurian has 78
G'Quonth has 74

Not a good idea. Can you imagine a White Star with comparible damage?

Plus Narn ships are supposed to have higher crew/damage scores than anyone else. It's part of how Mongoose balances the fact that the Narn don't have any defensive systems. No Stealth. No Interceptors(except on their Armageddon ships). No GEG. Etc.

Damage and crew vary because they have to balance with weapons and other traits. The Chronos has below average crew and damage for it's priority but it's a good ship. Ditto for the White Star. The T'Loth is an excellent example of why crew/damage fail. It's got EXCELLENT crew and damage for it's priority level but Narn players don't like it all that much because it fails everywhere else.

Have to disagree with the Chronos being a good ship, it's pretty crap for raid. Firepower doesn't matter if it's short ranged , you are slow & fragile.

Okay, I've been away but I've managed to log on - here are a few humble suggestions (forgive me for re-iterating what's been said earlier).

Troligan to Hull 6, no doubts there (just read the written fluff). But it too could do with twin-linked minibeams, as could the veshetan (but both losing a few AD) the Tinashi is currently the trump card on battle-pl firepower - the Veshetan should be the faster, tougher alternative, and the Troligan the far slower, tougher alternative with the Tinashi filling the all-rounder role.

Torotha needs more manouverability (fluff, again - 2/45 is nowhere near close to 2/90), fusion cannons out at full range (18" and not the stunty 12" it has atm), and/or the same pulsar (antifighter, precise) as the Whitestar.

The Neroon could do with a few things in any combination - command +2 (the Centauri have that option in their beefier carrier, and at a lower PL by far)... adaptive armour is the obvious one. If they could jury-rig it onto that half EA built Victory, they can build it into their own top-of-the-line ships.
On top of that, it needs proper thresholds (and by proper, I mean 70% or above, like every other ship in the game - goes for the Liati too. I understand the reasoning given by Matt when asked, but IMO the 'too many new technologies' angle doesn't match the Morshin-welded-to-Sharkaan that we currently have). It could probably do with another 15-20 damage and crew, given the fact that it has the usual wafer thin hull.

The weapons or fighter loadouts on Shantavis, Neshetan, Sharkaan and Sharoos really need revising to make them remotely equal to the Sharlin. The tradeoffs atm in the War pl ships aren't remotely balanced.

Nials and Tishats to two per wing.

Stealth 5+ for every ship, or transpose 4+ to 5+ and 5+ to 6+ for every ship in the existing fleet roster.

The whitestar needs to be added to the Minbari fleet roster, or the ISA needs rules allowing for member fleets to take FAPs of ISA ships - the Minbari built the thing and were the sole operators for a few years... nuff said.

For new ships - the Liandra in at Skirmish would be nice (again, it was a Minbari ship according to LotR).

Oh, and from In the Beginning.... sensors on ships capable of disrupting other vessels in some way (as with the Prometheus IIRC). Be it as comms disruptors, or jump engine disruptors, or (my personal favourite) giving Minbari a +1 to beat stealth rolls with Sharlins at the very least.

Well, they are the undisputed masters of stealth... you'd think they'd know how to see through it more efficiently, wouldn't you?
