Did WaW go with the Obscured mechanic of adding +1 to the Target value that was being discussed for SST:WotS? I saw in S&P55 that the FIST equipment reduces Light Cover to Obscured.
I'm given to understand that that list is actually a few months old. Chances are it may indeed have gone in, but it's also possible changes have been made since. *helpless shrug*
