"New" options humm.. about time to add fleet commanders to the game no? I would image each house has its own unique naval academy and hence command style.
What about ship upgrades? Keeping a harem on my Decados Cruiser's would defoliant improve the crew moral, not to mention protect against the overzealous li-Halan.
