at 5 raid its 5 sagis, 10 missile tethys or 5 sagis 10 hermes (brings you fighter cover too - more than alot of other fleets can actually put out).

The tournament will have 3 games: skirmish, raid then battle.

10 hermes at skirmish would actually be quite nasty, they would have fighetr superiority too.
