Vorlon Help Needed

Mongoose
I just purchased a Vorlon box set and a Vorlon Heavy Cruiser. My box set came with two Light Cruisers, and 8 Transports... and my Heavy Cruiser has the same dimensions and pieces as the Light Cruiser.

I'm assuming this isn't normal, but before I request replacements, I want to make sure if I was supposed to get more than that.

I'm hoping you did indeed not list all that the box came with....as its supposed to come with 2 Light Cruisers, 4 Destroyers, 8 Transports, and 4 flights of fighters. and you are correct in thinking that you did indeed get another LIGHT cruiser as opposed to heavy cruiser...so contact mongoose, they'll make things right.

Uhh, it doesn't come with a Heavy Cruiser. It comes with two light cruisers. You got what you are supposed to gat.

The first edition Vorlon Fleet Box came with two Light Cruisers and two Heavy Cruisers though.

Do Vorlons need bridges? Do Vorlon ships need crews that need bridges? Why is the sky blue?

Many B5 ships tend not to have obvious bridges. With the exception of the Olympus which has its bridge positioned in a wing mirror.

He's right. I still have no idea where the bridge on the Victory is... or the Omega. Then there's the Poseidon who could possible have, like, three bridges.

The Victory's bridge is painfully obvious. Watch A Call to Arms and you'll clearly see it.

The Omega's bridge is somewhere in the rotating section - since they have gravity.
Unless its actually the centre section that stays still, and the front/back rotate! Or even they both rotate, in opposite directions. Its all relative in space... ;)

I think perhaps that in the b5 universe, all races learnt that placing a bridge, in a location where a bridge would normally go, and making it LOOK like a bridge, is very conducive to having the enemy whack it with a big laser cannon!lol

Perhaps they went with a "when I'm an evil overlord theory" and buried the bridge of most ships; deep in the arse end of the ship, which -lets face it- is one of the last places you'd expect to find a bridge with the commanding officer in it.hehehehehehehe

Makes sense to me. "Whats that? Bridge smashed? That pointy important looking thing on the top of the ship? Oh no, no, no, no, you stupid silly alien. THATS where we keep the brig and the prisoners, oh and the bogs, should you be gullable enough to destroy it you get smeared with . . . . . . . . . .

I digress.

I personally would put the "bridge" on the top of the hull, and an obscenely large and massive cannon with a barrel diameter measuring in meters.

Top it off with loading it with a projective casing that unfurls a bright orange flag with the words "Bang" in bold black letters.
