Dear All,

Of course, one could buy 'Slaves of Fate' and simply use the official Chaosium conversion document to turn it into a 'Stormbringer' adventure.

Regards

Seconded. Slaves of Fate is a very cool adventure, and the Chaosium website has full BRP conversions for it. It is worth getting despite the d20 lameness.

Glad to hear that, as at $5 a pop I got both Slaves and Dragon Lords.

Isn't Dragon Lords supposed to have very good background material? Or is that d20 Cthulhu I am thinking of?

Dragon Lords contains pretty well the entire background from Stormbringer 5th ed. Nothing new, and nothing that isn't in Elric RQ or other editions of Stormbringer/Elric. the art is from a variety of editions, including some of the translated editions.

Slaves of Fate is an excellent adventure, and can easily be adapted to the rules system of your choice.

Aces and 8's?

Back on topic (ish) I looked around and found some more reviews and they were all impressed, good product can be done at a reasonable price and the people who publish it aren't big or even medium fish.

There is a micro system for a cattle run in it. It sounds fun, could it be used in Prax?

Bolo-Lizard run or Mock-pork run?

Funnily enough I just picked up SoF for 2 quid at my FLGS - I shall have to sit down and read it now :D

I have an advance copy, and BRP looks like it will be a very, very nice book.

Having looked at an advanced copy, I must say that I'm impressed, and second Loz's comment. But the BRP license doesn't come cheap mind, since you can use MRQ OGL for free.

When I emailed Chaosium, I was told to buy a license, I would have to pay some form of advance on the quarterly royalties to be paid once the licensed product is being sold. But it als depended on the product I was trying to sell. From what I can gather, they don't want you producing a product that is similar to one being produced by Chasoium.

You can email Chaosium for further details.
