The second number is the number of planetoid belts in the system in addition to the one indicated by a size 0 (or asteroid belt) UPP. So a mainworld with a size of 0 and a planetoid belts of 3 would have a total of four asteroid/planetoid belts. The third numeral is the number of gas giants in the system.

In some places, I have an "S" for a Scout base but not every planet with the "S" gets the Scout symbol on the map. I thought, perhaps, that those three numbers were somehow coming into effect here.
Speaking of bases, what are the alphabetical symbols for the bases anyway? I know "S" is for Scout, "N" is for Naval and "B" is for Both (I think). Any other base symbols for this map generator?
