Rabidchild (who was BTW an enormous help in the Vehicle Compendiums) is also working on a nice addition to WaW.
I am really looking forward to all the cool ideas and products that will follow!

Sweet - I'm looking forward to both of your efforts - & I have to go buy Hiromoon's cards too (I'm a compleatist like that)

Hey Rabidchild - if you are open for bribes to put German & Russian Infantry projects at the front of the que - I'm sure we can work something out in the graft and corrpution department

Thank you for your kind words Agis. It is always a pleasure working with you. I'm working up the preview of my own suppliment, for those of you with a love for tanks and tank combat. ;) Watch these forums.

What do you have in mind?
I am open to any suggestions. As said the 4 Vehicle Compendiums are written, just in different states of completion.

Early and mid war lists?
Italians?
Desert war?

Another preview, this time a new vehicle the PUMA!

Stay tuned...

Can't wait to put all those new German tools to good use!

But the American Compendium needs to be released shortly otherwise
I might lose my gaming partner! :(

The sooner Matt has the LL out the sooner we go live. 8)
The schedule is German and then Soviet at the moment.

After that... Maybe I have to start a poll again.

Expect the German book within the next days. We are just adding the logo to the files, then uploading all to Wargames Vault.

Soon! 8)

The World at War: German Vehicle Compendium is your comprehensive guide to using German Armoured Fighting Vehicles in Battlefield Evolution: World at War by A.D.Publishing.

A.D. Publishing is an endeavour of Agis Neugebauer and Dave Robotham (aka Court Jester). (Therefore the A and the D.). Also of invaluable help was the proofreading and sound advice of Reuben Smith (aka Rabidchild).

Our first book covers over 80 additional or updated vehicles for your German forces from all European theatres and periods of World War II.
Included are:
• Anti Aircraft Vehicles
• Armoured Cars
• Assault Guns and self-propelled Artillery
• Halftracks
• Tanks
• Tank Destroyers
• Transport Vehicles
The book also provides new Traits, an AFV force list, options to use captured equipment and an extended German armoury to add to your games of World at War. All vehicles in this book are consistent with existing vehicles in the Battlefield Evolution: World at War rulebook also written by Agis Neugebauer.

You will get a 66 page full colour version with many high quality pictures of fully painted models in 1/72 and 28mm scale. In addition a 46 page text only printer friendly version is also included. But that is not all: Our deal also includes all the unit cards on 28 pages to field these vehicles conveniently on the tabletop.

A more detailed description of the World at War: German Vehicle Compendium is available on our temporary website:
http://www.agisn.de/html/a_d__publishing.html

The full package is downloadable for $ 11.99 as an introductory offer via the Wargames Vault:

Also on the Wargames Vault is our free World at War rules Add On. The Battlefield Evolution: World at War Add On is a free supplement that changes and enhances some of the existing rules.

The text gives you additional rules and game examples that make World at War an even better game (at least in my humble opinion) …
In addition a lot of feedback was given by the eager Battlefield Evolution: World at War community since its release. Many of the sometimes hotly discussed topics are addressed in the advanced rules and traits of this document.

This book requires the use of Battlefield Evolution: World at War, available from Mongoose Publishing. “Battlefield Evolution” and the Battlefield Evolution logo are copyright 2008 Mongoose Publishing Ltd, and are used with permission. Battlefield Evolution rulebooks are available from Mongoose Publishing.

Wonderful work! Top quality supplement for our favorite game. We love the extra rules like Recon and Double Suppression that add flavor to the battle! But  ...a small detail caught my attention. Is there a reason why the 2 cm AA gun is more powerful than the 3.7 cm AA Gun? I've read somewhere that the Ostwind guns had better results on Allied aircraft than the previous Wirbelwind Quad guns. Anyways, the Compendiums is what we were waiting for and I just can't wait for the next releases!

Congradulations to the A.D. Publishing team!

Call the "team" happy! Thanks for the positive feedback, feel free to leave one at the Wargames Vault.
So far we received a warm welcome and I honestly hope that everyone who bought the book is satisfied.
The work with Dave and Reuben was a very nice and rewarding experience for me.
Dave is just bursting with cool layout ideas, I am very happy how the whole layout came out, especially the unit cards make me proud!

I mentioned Reuben Smith (our Rabidchild) simply as proofreading in the book,
which is not really reflecting his role, 1st of all he ironed out many of the awkward language glitches I am still performing.
But he was also a very constructive and knowledgeable contributed to the vehicles stats and rules.
Watch out for Reuben's own LL book "Tread-Head: Armored Combat" soon.

@:2 cm AA gun vs 3.7 cm AA Gun: I am doing this a bit out of the hip
(I am away from home job wise at the moment and can access my resource books),
but IIRC the 2cm had a substantial better AP, that was the reason for the +3 mod.

We are already working hard on the Soviet book.
BTW: Is the schedule German, Soviet, British, US still OK?
or shall we switch to US, British?

definately Brit then US!!! not that I'm biased

Hello !

Thanks for the book, it seems quite nice.

And i'll cast my vote for US, as i'm currently building some nice Shermans. Call me biased !

Just a small detail (since I was asked a couple of times):
You will get in fact 3 books (pdf files) with this deal:
1 - a full colour version with many high quality pictures of fully painted models in 1/72 and 28mm scale (66 pages inc. Cover)
2 - in addition a B&W text only printer friendly version (46 pages inc. Cover)
3 - and all the unit cards (28 pages inc. Cover) to field these vehicles conveniently on the tabletop.

So you get 66 + 46 + 28 = 140 Pages!

Holy CRAP AGIS!!
Well done! I like the layout...and 80 VEHICLES?!?!? You've been hard at work!

I will definitely have to pick this one up! My panzergrenadiers could use some oomph!

Hey? Just noticed the Killshot trait and the Sturmtiger are not part of the German armor Compendium. Is there any reason for this or the Allied spies erased it from the Signs & Portents...

LOL! :D
It was the other way around. I knew that the ST is already covered in S&P and decided to leave out this very rare vehicle.
(I know also true for the Maus, but I thought the Maus needed some tweaking and put it in for the fun of it.
Plus: I had this beautiful models I wanted to show... Vanity and all! Very similar to Matt... )

You already have the rules for the ST. The ST was Matt's pet project since he had a model sitting around he wanted to use.
The rulebook, S&P and my books are not meant to contradict or supersede each other, they just offer you more possibilities.
