U.S. Release of Cults Volume II?

I've been trying to find copies of Cults Volume II in my local stores and was told today that the store distributors can't get it yet since it is a limited release in the UK.

Anyone else run into this? Mr. Sprange, is the above true? If so, any idea when it will be released to U.S. distributors?

Inquiring minds (and associated wallets) want to know. :wink:
