Two questions about Messantia

Hello!
I'm pretty new to this forum but not to roleplaying or Howard's books. I'm running a Conan campaign and my players are currently in Messantia.
I now have two questions I couldn't find a satisfying answer in the books I've got.
1. Are there any banks in Messantia?
One of my players wants to save money for some big future plans and asked me about it. There are some merchant houses that are involved with money lending but I couldn't find anything about where he could save his money. No from the feeling of Messantia I would say there is something like a bank but I'm not quite sure.

2. How much would a brothel cost?
The same player now had the idea to invest his money and wants to get hold of the "Shoreline". Being a pirate and thief he plans to buy up the owners debts and get the brothel in this way. That's fine with me but I'm at a loss to determine how much it is worth. The prices for houses given in the main rulebook don't make much sense in this case and I would apreciate any suggestions.

Thanks in advance

1) I'd argue no but there could be money-changers who also act as lenders.

2) I'd roll that up into the carousing rules (i.e. half the take-home gets used up each week).

Well I now estimated the value of the brothel around 900 GL (including the women who work there) and I let the players who want to save their money make a will save every night. When they fail that save they spent a lot of money on partying but if they manage to constrain themselves I let them save the money because it is their stated goal to get this brothel.
