Traveller Release Schedule/New Books

Waiting on the last 4 from Deepnight. Then Secrets of the Ancients and Robots are what I'll be waiting for! Loving it, just wish the Post Man had a stronger back and delivered! Tired of Customs!

Solomani Front showed up on my doorstep today, which was a pleasant surprise.
Map is two-sided, not two sheets like Beyond the Claw, which makes me a little sad.
Still no Deepnight, which makes me sadder.

Will the Explorer's Edition replace the Starter Set? I thought the campaign that came with it was very good.

Sort of... in that it will be the new 'entry point'. However, it really will be an introduction to Traveller rather than the full set of rules.

Just updated the original post, we are just about to start shipping the Deepnight Revelation box set and first two expansion books!

Is this post going to get a description of the third "core" adventure added to it at some point?

It will indeed, I will get that sorted!

Ooh, that sounds interesting. I'm glad I asked.
Psionics plays a key role in my campaign storyline.

The whole Deepnight set arrived today in one big box with three packages inside!
All the goodies arrived: nothing, bent, spindled, or mutilated.
Need to rearrange the bookshelf now...

I got the Pirates of Drinax box, the Drinax Companion, and the soundtrack mp3s for a birthday present (I married well). I need to get this gorgeous map laminated to protect it from my hoodlum players ;)

The books are beautiful. One suggestion: ribbon bookmarks sewn into the covers. Chaosium does that for their Cthulhu and Runequest hardbacks and it's really handy!

Just a quick update on the first post - a re-jiggling of the timeline for some titles, plus the introduction of a brand new box set... the Foreven Sector Construction Guide!

I see 2300AD is slated for December now, will PDFs/pre-orders be available before that? I also don't see "Bayern" on the list any more, is that no longer a thing?

2300AD should be up for pre-order and PDF a little later this month, and Bayern will be appearing next year - it will be back on the list as soon as we have squared a few things away!

Some changes to printed release dates - international bulk shipping has still not sorted itself out and shipments from printers are suffering. We had a very fast turnaround with the Utility Pack and had hoped this was straightening out but Lost Duke and Bell of Rocamadour have both had their delivery dates revised, so not so much.

Fingers crossed that this tightens up later this year, and it is having no effect on PDF release dates and pre-orders - so there will still be oodles of Traveller goodness in the meantime!

I have the pleasure of reporting that Deepnight Revelation has arrived today :D

Oh man - this thing is GORGEOUS. I’m completely overwhelmed! In the best way possible!

Just flipping through a few things and I can’t wait to roll up my sleeves and take a deep dive into this. The new ships, vehicles and equipment look freakin’ awesome. There seems to be a stunning amount of support information for the Ref. The material on deep space exploration, types of planets, orbital and atmospheric operations… to say nothing of the adventure itself. I can’t stop gushing

Matt, you and the team have done an amazing job with this! I’ll say it again - thank you so much for everything you’ve done with Traveller. You’ve given this hoary old game a brilliant new life and taken it in directions that I find exciting and inspiring. Thank you!

Also excited by the announcement of the Foreven boxed set. Will you be incorporating any of the exploration rules from Deepnight for that, or expanded system generation? If DNR is any indication that will be a mind-blowing set as well!

Cheers!!
