Please note that release dates listed here are expected PDF releases and pre-order dates - printed editions will likely appear 3-4 months later. Though we will be updating this particular post rather than appending more, you are welcome to make comments and ask questions in this thread!

October
Invasion Part Two:
Part two of Invasion gives you the actual adventures to play through. The Travellers will start as workers on a farm on a far-flung colony before they are attacked by an alien invader. From there, they will rise as heroes of the Kaefer War, taking command of a small but powerful ship that will become iconic in humanity's struggle against the invader...

The Relief of Novy Kyiv: A PDF-only release, this is a complete adventure that can be inserted into the Invasion campaign (Invasion was just too big to fit even into two books!). Kontr-Admiral Serhiy Borodin and the besieged colony of Novy Kyiv have need of the Travellers in a tale with a distinctive Ukrainian feel to it...

November
The Core Expeditions:
The Zhodani expeditions towards the galactic core are perhaps the greatest exploratory endeavours Humaniti has ever attempted. What drives them? What have they encountered? What is it like to be part of their scouting fleets or outpost building crews? Take part in pushing back the frontier on the very cutting edge of Charted Space.

December
Brushfires:
Any great empire will find itself embroiled in ‘brushfire wars’ among its possessions and colonies. Forgotten by most citizens, these conflicts flare up and sputter out over time. Now, against the backdrop of the Fifth Frontier War, the brushfires of Aramis threaten to consume the whole Towers Cluster. Brushfires sees a crew of independent Travellers follow a simple job straight into the heart of an erupting warzone, where they will see great heroics and villainous opportunists as they try to thread their way through the fighting.

Vehicle Handbook Update 2026: With both vehicle rules and the construction system re-written from the ground up, the Vehicle Handbook Update 2026 is not just a graphical update but a complete replacement for the core vehicle rules for Traveller. Expect a mighty tome from fan-favourite Geir Lanesskog comprising a multitude of new options, from humble push bikes and horse-drawn wagons, to aerospace interceptors, land ships and floating cities!

Cluster Truck (working title...): For centuries the Truckers have kept the worlds of the Estuary Cluster connected. Long years, hard years, but proud years. Trucking is a way of life, even if it ends with a Trucker’s Wake. Now the corporate shipping lines want to take over the spacelanes. Canaveral Station is under blockade, rigs impounded and crews in the slammer. The only thing left to do is hold a wake for a way of life. This is a complete campaign that will see your Travellers take command of their own small craft, hauling cargo across a system. They will steal potatoes, get covered in frozen beer in deep space, take part in a history-making riot, uncover corporate skullduggery, and smash a blockade while confounding local law enforcement!

January
Consular Envoy:
A hundred days out of Cronor Naval Base, diplomatic transport vessel Sifrshonz meets disaster. Ambushed by an Imperial cruiser, the ship and her mission are wrecked. With the command crew and Consular Envoy dead, the Travellers must decide: do they turn for home or plunge into the Outrim Void seeking a way to somehow complete their mission? Their voyage will take the Travellers to the dead world of Ganulph, and to mysterious Belgard where they will unlock a secret hidden for five centuries.
In the works and to be slotted into the schedule in the not too distant future:

The Vehicle Catalogue: Packed full of vehicles of all Tech Levels, The Vehicle Catalogue explores just what is possible with the new Vehicle Handbook 2026! Whether your Travellers need a taxi across town, the latest in grav speeder technology, or a fully armed and armoured gunship, they will find everything they need in The Vehicle Catalogue!

February
The Fall of Lanth:
Lanth lies on the far side of the Abyss Rift, facing the Sword Worlds Confederation. Its naval base is a bastion against an offensive across the rift and into the Spinward Main. Caught planetside as the invasion fleets arrive, the Travellers witness a planetary invasion from far too close. They will see a proud city pummelled to ruins around them, witness triumph and retreat, and perhaps alter the fate of the world.

Dark Conspiracy: The Unseen War
The Aslan Hierate
Pioneer
Singularity
2300AD: Building the Frontier

As noted before, everything is subject to change and rescheduling, but all the titles above have either already been written and are undergoing layout, or are in some stage of writing!

Ooh, I am preparing for a campaign set in the Islands cluster, so this is good timing!
Will the Rift adventures assume that the travellers are natives, visiting Imperials, or does it not matter?

I have to admit to some disappointment that The Core Expeditions has been pushed so far out - out of what was previously listed, that's the one I'm currently most interested in. Although the two updates are both on my interest list, as well, so having target dates for those is good. As is finally having word on just what Singularity is going to be (although I was kinda-sorta hoping for an ultratech sourcebook... maybe an idea for the future?)

the existing Rift adventures assume Imperials. What the 2 new ones in this upcoming book will do is unclear.

And yet Geir told us in his thread that he was not allowed to re-write the construction system from the ground up, and as a result some of the issues with the previous version will remain.

So has that changed?

Are we now getting a complete re-write of the construction rules? Will the new Vehicle rules replace those in the CRB? Will that necessitate an eventual update to the 2022 update of the CRB? New edition by, oh I don't know, a certain anniversary in 2027?

(Only two years...)

You should be able to use any Rift adventure for anybody... Zhodani agents trying to bugger Imperial plans, Aslan ihatei scouting the joint, anybody.

The Great Rift Update 2025: The Great Rift is getting the Update treatment! This will be a free PDF upgrade for current owners, and new visitors to the mighty Great Rift will find it in a brand new format, as two books and poster sector maps ...
Are the current 4 books going to be totally merged into two new books, or are some books going to be omitted from the new slipcase set?
in a brand new format, as two books and poster sector maps within a slipcase,
Please make sure the slipcase is wide enough for the books and maps - and don't do what Chaosium did with RuneQuest, and make the slipcases too narrow. Ta in advance.

Two things... the 'new' construction system looks, smells and feels like the current edition, and you will immediately feel right at home with it. However, it has effectively been re-written from the ground up. Think of it as using the same template, but work was started afresh.

The Big Change is that there is now a new rules chapter for using vehicles, which replaces sections of the Vehicles chapter in the Core Rulebook. All sorts of bits and pieces here but, fundamentally, the (a) big change is that you no longer use Hull to track damage to vehicles. They still have a Hull stat but that is used during the construction process rather than combat. What you will be doing instead is tracking critical hits - the idea here is that just plinking bits off a vehicle will (eventually) render it into its component atoms but it will stop functioning way beyond that. A vehicle in battle will often remain more or less intact, at a structural level, but its systems will have been rendered useless long before you would say the vehicle has been 'destroyed'.

Hopefully, you will also find the system far more intuitive and streamlined in play too - that is the bit we are working on right now :)

As for an anniversary edition of the Core Rulebook, while these vehicle rules will eventually be incorporated into it (along with robots, to some extent or another), there is no rush. The vehicle rules in the Core Rulebook still work perfectly well, and we are looking at the extent to which current vehicles can be used with the new rules (much as with ships between High Guard and High Guard Update 2022), so there is no immediate rush.

Which is a long way of saying, yes, the idea of an anniversary Core Rulebook Update 2027 has occurred to us, but we will only do it if Traveller itself needs an update at that point - we won't push it through just because the anniversary is a convenient date.

There are plenty of other things we can do for 2027 celebrations :)

Hope that helps!
