Emperor Mongoose
That's no way to get a reputation as a miracle worker.Translation: a few days as originally stated really means a few weeks.

Yep, they have it backwards. That's no way to get a reputation as a miracle worker.
We are in the hands of the artist (being outside the office), but we are kinda, sorta, thinking this Friday...So do we have a better idea of when the armies of the fifth frontier war is getting released? Are we talking this week? end of month?
A few weeks (two) is worse than a few days but better than a few months. It is what it is.We are in the hands of the artist (being outside the office), but we are kinda, sorta, thinking this Friday...
So, this is modern-day in Florida or West Virginia? lolz
I don't buy online books by just looking at the cover. There is usually a description and that is just as capable of carrying unequivocal versioning rather than hinting at it.I am going to disagree. This means people buying the product on-line will not know they bought an older version until it arrives. By having the version on the cover, even if it is a small notation, allows people to know what they are getting.
I like that Mongoose is being clear and transparent on the cover.![]()
I will be very disappointed in you if that is not the actual title.Tweaks to timing, plus a new title...
Sadly, with dates for anything Mongoose says, you have to always add padding (sometimes a lot) because nothing happens on their far too optimistic timetables. It makes me sad to see Core Expeditions being pushed back further and further. Wasn't it originally announced for fall 2024?
I think the "updates" are just the index being added to your downloads for each issue.DriveThru just told me that JTAS #1-12* were updated today, so this sort of counts as a release in 2025.
How significant are these updates?
*(But #3 x 2, and not #4)
Take into account the books that get bumped up the schedule and, importantly, new titles that get inserted.Sadly, with dates for anything Mongoose says, you have to always add padding (sometimes a lot) because nothing happens on their far too optimistic timetables.
Agreed.Take into account the books that get bumped up the schedule and, importantly, new titles that get inserted.
I tried to look around a bit to find it, but came up empty: what IS Cluster Truck?Certainly, the brand new to the list Cluster Truck is the most interesting thing on the schedule for me.
As a fan of multiple games/publishers, Mongoose is downright prolific. Delays happen to everyone (unless maybe they don't care about quality), but getting 4+ books a year is a luxury not enjoyed by fans of a lot of other RPGs.Take into account the books that get bumped up the schedule and, importantly, new titles that get inserted.
