Believe it or not, I just picked it up. All these years, I've been working off of my first printing hard cover and the SRD. But I'm in the process of going completely electronic so I picked it up now.
I imagine its the latest printing. There's no new version at this point. Matt says he's talking in the "game designer's always thinking about the next version" sense.
