That's one think I like about the T20 version of D20 - "Lifeblood" is your Constitution score, and your "Stamina" is your hitpoints. Gun damage goes straight to Lifeblood unless you have armor, in which case the damage (for non-penetrating hits) goes to Stamina first. When your Stamina hits zero, you're unconscious, and any damage done goes to Lifeblood.
I guess if you wanted to add something with similar survivability to MgT, you could double (or triple?) the standard Armor values, but make each shot that hits degrade the armor by the attack's Effect.
