Traveller Fiction

When our Traveller RPG Products license sunsetted, we (Avenger Enterprises) also removed our Traveller fiction products from sale. There were various reasons for this, but the important part is this:

Our fiction license never terminated.

I confirmed this with Marc Miller a few days ago.

We are thus now able to republish the various Traveller fiction I've written over the past couple of decades, and some new stuff that you may never have seen before.

Initially, we're putting out Yesterdays' Hero and Slices of Life, with the novel Disaspora Phoenix to follow. There is also the novel Sunburst Setting, which is about half completed. Whether or not it gets finished depends on the response to these releases. There's also some of my other fiction up, all of it through Avalon Games.

There is a Traveller Wiki entry on Yesterday's Hero as I understand it, and it's wrong. Yesterday's Hero is in fact an episodic novel containing several linked short stories set in the Offiical Traveller Universe of 1210-1215.

Slices of Life is a more eclectic collection of shorts and flash fiction set during the Golden Age, ie the period covered by most Mongoose Traveller, GURPS Traveller and Traveller T20.

I expect to get Diaspora Phoenix edited up for publication once I get home from my business trip next week.

Yesterday's Hero is GREAT. I really liked it.

I will definitely be picking up the rest of his books.

Martin has also written several non-Traveller books that are excellent as well.

The Actions of Many is set in his Far Avalon setting (sort of) that he created for the Translight SFRPG. Again, very good.

I got the notice in my "daily watch" from DTRPG, put it on my wish list (putting a big order together so I didn't grab it right then).

Any chance of an e-book version? would be much easier to read on my tablet than the PDF.
