I don't know how many Traveller players and fans attended GENCON this year, but these were the offerings for playing sessions. The marketing of books is done by FASA--who did a good job of dedicating one salesperson to the Traveller section. That said, I'd love to see more sessions offered at GENCON (and Origins), and I'd be willing to volunteer to run some game sessions. For Mongoose, the benefit is a chance to increase market share for the game--Free League Publishing ran 77 events just for Alien and Blade Runner.
