Ok, I may simply be obtuse, but I really am not sure. When you train, are you allowed to add your Int to the improvement roll? If not, then I assume training is intended to be virtually useless shortly past 100%?

You don't add INT to the roll.

And yes, its meant to be significantly harder to continually train much past 100%.
