I've got some Starline 2400 Tholians and Neo-Tholians (from their old Galaxy) and the Neo-Tholians are nice ships, I've converted their ships for ACTA as a player here liked the look of them as well & want to use them in a campaign. The Webcaster (WC) got converted into a Web with F arc, awaiting the full rules on Web as I like the Tholians, NDN & NBB got 2 WC into 2 Photons and the Neo-Tholian Frigate only has one Web, so got one in the A arc.
The Neo-Tholians are nimble, their Battleship has the same mobility as Fed CA, everyone else's is worse. Be interesting to see how my friend uses them, facing Kzinti & Gorn.
